Positions - Maintenance

Currently seeking a Railcar Repairman for our client working onsite at a railroad company.

This position keeps buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms and removing rubbish.

Duties and responsibilities include operating an Amada 125, Amada 80, Cincinnati 90-350 Press Brake machine following the project details and blueprints.

Ground Maintenance includes keeping building in clean and orderly condition, performing cleaning duties, such as mopping floors, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms and removing rubbish.

Responsibilities include greeting and interacting with customers. Changing oil, check the transmission fluid and other fluid levels, write up service reports and receipts for work completed.

Position remediates mold in residential and commercial settings using appropriate equipment and safety procedures.

Workers will perform post construction clean up including cleaning surfaces, sweeping and placing trash in receptacles. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and excellent attendance.

Service Technician candidates need to possess mechanical, construction, electrical and welding backgrounds with previous commercial door repair experience preferred.
